I read a lot of blogs. Okay, I usually sometimes get overwhelmed about every Tuesday and hit the “read all” button. (I mean, when you are following over 100 blogs, it can get difficult to keep up.)
Like a pack rat, I cannot seem to drop any of them. There are so many good tidbits out there that if I let them go, I might miss something.
There are two of them that stand out though; I think you should run (click) and visit:

Serious Fun Food is the tag line. Greg’s posts are awesome, and are usually accompanied with history and other great tidbits of information. He has really ramped up his food lately. It is tough to impress me, and Greg definately fits the bill. Go on over to his site, and check it out.
Joe Pastry
A seriously cool site full of information that a food geek like me would like. You know that dude, Alton Brown? Joe Pastry is like Alton on steriods, and better in a lot of ways. His site is the go-to site when you need to know about things. Joe is thourough, and that is something you can definately sink your teeth into.
