Day 2 saw me in the mother of all workouts, Plyometrics. I clearly underestimated the workout, it is what really makes P90 “Extreme”. I was only able to get halfway through the workout before I went low, and I mean 2.3 mmol low! The workout kicks your ass, that is for sure.
I feel bad about my first go, but I rather exercise a little caution. No need to go to the hospital tonight, LOL. I think for the next go, I will load up on some carbs or something to get me through the workout. Perhaps by then I will be in better shape as well.

Jason, carb-loading is unnecessary before any kind of workout. And in your case, not a good idea, anyway.
But congratulations on all of the exercise – you’re ahead of me in that department!
@Jan – Thank you! I just need a way to get all the way through the exercise. I am pretty out of shape, so it will get better. I do need some fuel though, perhaps more protein. I am looking into a few things, and will post what I find. I love working out though, and love the motivation! Thank you!
