This post will be short and sweet. I came across a great video today that showcases the best part of the Italian philosophy. The butchering of a pig from snout to tail. All parts of the pork will be used, and the video is a great resource for those of you who would like to know about pork.

I would LOVE to have a masterclass like the gentleman had. Lucky guy!
