I would have guessed a variant of chinese 5-spice, but there is no fennel, so I am going to guess Chai Masala although I don’t believe the spices are usually roasted.
@bsc – You are bang on, it is our variant of Chinese 5 spice!
curry powder, spicy rather than hot.
@Maureen – There are a few components of curry powder in there, but alas, it is not to be!
