Over the next week I will be working on demonstrating the procedure for making stocks and broths. Here is a little intro:

Okay WDC’ers, which do you prefer for the demonstration, video or pictures?

Our internet is lousy at its best — so I don’t bother with videos and if sites have lots of photos, they better be small and quickly downloaded. Just my opinion. Also, when I find a good recipe, I like to print it out so I can try it out — I can’t do that with a video.

@Cathy – Thank you for the heads up! I will have to include a recipe to click then for people with slower connections.

@Cathy: To be able to watch videos try the following

1. Lower the resolution to 240p

2. hit the play button, then hit the pause button, the video will continue to download. Once the red bar is at the end, click the pause button again and watch the video in it’s uninterrupted entirety.

Thank you for that Ken!
