This is what the Well Done Chef! is planning for the family the week of June 15th to June 21st, 2009.
Sunday Dinner – After the success of Luca’s 2nd birthday party, we had leftovers. So many leftovers!
Monday – Shredded pork pitas with pickled onions, tzatziki, tomatoes, garlic sauce
Tuesday - Garlic sausage with creamy garlic mashed potatoes and broccoli spears
Wednesday – Pork chops with apple and demiglace, minestrone.
Thursday – All-dressed pizza with Caesar salad
Friday – Pasta with meat sauce, tomato and cucumber salad.
Saturday – Mediterranean style chicken with black olives, lemons, couscous.
Saturday – Cuban style beans and saffron infused rice with shredded pork meat.
