Okay, I’m making this BBQ chicken this weekend, but I don’t have any of the smoked paprika!! I know, hit me now! I live in such a rural small town that I can’t find it here! So, the next time I’m in “the city” I’ll go for it. The paprika I do have is Spanish Paprika, so should I just sub it for all of the paprika in the recipe, or should I just omit the smoked, what do you think? Will I kill it?!

@Cassandra – You can use the sweet pigmentation paprika, it will be all right. The smoked flavor adds another dimension, but it will be all right without it.
