This post will be short and sweet. My wife’s birthday was yesterday, and we are going up North to celebrate with friends and family. I just wanted to pull this out to tease you all. The photo sucks, but the aroma is out of this world!

@Anne – Well, happy birthday to the little one, I hope all is hreat for her day!
@Greg – We did the only thing that would be right with that pork – we shredded it up with a bit of housemade BBQ sauce, and slapped them into kaiser rolls. A little bit of slaw, and we called it done. They were a huge success! Thing is here in Montreal, Pork is not that great of a seller. It is not often we get to do this!
